“I have always enjoyed the incredibly detailed anatomy of the head and neck. So I was naturally attracted to the field of otolaryngology. I’m particularly interested in microsurgery to correct sinus, nasal, and ear problems – where every millimeter can make a big difference in the result.

I believe that my natural artistic sensibilities have greatly enhanced my expertise as a facial plastic surgeon. I have the sensitivity and skill required to create the stunning results patients desire, while still achieving optimal function. The years I spent working with thousands of women and men in southern California (where appearances are so important to the careers of actors, models, and on-air TV and news professionals) taught me the importance of combining function with good aesthetics.

As a physician, I invest a good deal more time with my patients than many doctors because I enjoy the interactions that build long-term relationships.”
